PranayamaFree is the perfect companion for anyone who would like to learn how to breathe mindfully and consciously. If you like to practice yoga, pilates, meditation or any other discipline that combines breathing and physical exercise, and you’d like to learn how to breathe properly, then check out this app.
Using PranayamaFree could not be any easier. As soon as you enter the app, you’ll encounter three very visual representations of the breathing exercise. First, you’ll see a circle that indicates when you should be inhaling and when you should be exhaling. Simultaneously, you’ll see a character that shows you what happens to your organs when you breathe in and out. Lastly, you’ll see a bar that indicates when you should be breathing in and out on the upper part of the screen. Starting your breathing exercise is as easy as tapping on the play button located on the lower part of the screen. Pausing it or stopping it is just as easy.
By default, the breathing exercises last 7 minutes. Although that parameter can’t be customized, there are plenty of others that can be. For example, you can change the breaths per minute, type of music in the background, the language, whether you listen to chimes between exercises or not, etc. PranayamaFree is a great app for those who want to learn how to breathe during their yoga, pilates, or meditation practices.
